If you follow me, you'll know more laws & regulations have been passed recently. To read this simply. Export will be reviewed by per order basis. Only civilian use. All this is built on eggshell. 1 wrong step and China can stop export again. Could be another 3-6 months before we see actual export. I'm not aware there's any export permit granted in 2026 yet.

Huizenmarkt koelt af, maar betaalbaar wordt het niet ineens. ING verwacht veel lagere prijsstijgingen door hogere hypotheekrentes, onzekerheid en meer aanbod. Vooral in grote steden zetten beleggers huurwoningen te koop, waardoor kopers meer keuze krijgen. Maar een crash? Onwaarschijnlijk. Het woningtekort blijft groot. Minder oververhitting dus. Niet per se lagere prijzen.

$USAR - Narrative is about as obvious as you can get. Rare earth prices are exploding, AI and semis are exploding, and you need them for both. First major year of revenue starts this yea, forecast ramps up to billions in 3 years. Wouldn't mind lower prices, wouldn't mind ATHs.

@LongtermGems @M_On_Air Wat handiger zou zijn is gewoon verzendkosten los betalen. Als ik 5 rollen zou kopen bij Bol zou ik dus 5x de inbegrepen verzendkosten betalen. Als ik bij een webshop iets bestel bestel ik vaker meer in 1x ivm de verzendkosten dus dan gun ik de verkoper ook meer winst.
