@LookAroundCafe If the player could do anything (i.e. were a PC) you could distribute the file on a disc at 3840x2560 resolution and then the player could either crop it or scale it. But the 4k bluray spec doesn’t have that. They may have also repositioned the shots a bit for the 1.85:1 dcp.

This raises a question: can both versions be authored on the same disc without it being two totally separate files (?), such that having both wouldn’t take up twice the amount of space on the disc?
