If you want an OS optimised for fighting games, just install Bazzite or CachyOS Handheld Mode. If you need Windows then install Win 11 LTSC. That's all you need, not some random OS from some people on Twitter.

That FGC OS is completely pointless and does not need to exist. It's just Win 11 with some (system component breaking btw) debloat scripts. That's all it is. Windows also doesn't work well for controller-only setups. The only reason to use it as an "FGC OS" is for 2XKO.
