The same party was involved, or was at least allegedly accused, of leaking the exam conducted in May. The account openly mocks Indians. I also saw a couple of instances on Instagram where the account holders claimed to be from Pakistan, who knows????

Telegram moves Delhi High Court against the Central government decision to ban it before the NEET UG re-test. The matter was mentioned before the bench of justice Tajas Karia who agreed to hear it today.
Recently, the government took a decision to ban telegram temporarily before the NEET UG Exam on June 21.

Also related the Abhishek Singh's conference, the leakers are saying that they are using the drafted papers made before final copy.

#WATCH | Delhi | On govt banning Telegram until NEET re-test, National Testing Agency DG Abhishek Singh says, "People can operate some channels by using VPN or they can operate from outside India. But the fact is that the lack of students who are accessing them, they will not be able to access that. Even though they can continue operating them channels, but if there is no clientele, the fraud will be prevented and the students will be protected from losing money and from wasting their time in chasing fake question papers."

You could be right and I hope you are right. the seller said that the paper isn't the final copy and rather is the drafted version and the pictures taken before corrections are made.

@NTA_Exams @dpradhanbjp Firstly, this raises questions about NTA’s integrity, how does a Twitter admin somehow knows the content of the actual paper ? ( seems unlikely). Second, NTA said the same thing after the first leak too, until it became widely known that the paper was leaked? What supports this?
