@EA I've played SimCity Buildit on my Amazon Fire 8HD tablet for the last few years but thanks to a recent update it now takes ages to complete any task because it keeps freezing which has become very frustrating.

@SimCityBuildIt Can you at LEAST let the people that the game is crashing on know what to do. Because your tech support SUCKS. Uninstalling and reinstalling did NOTHING. My iPad is less than a year old so it’s not that. Communication with your customers should be most important

@SimCityBuildIt My game hasn’t worked properly since the update. The sound and picture are fine but I can’t load and dispatch any trains - every time I try the screen keeps freezing.
