@lordandtaylor needs to get a clue! I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes to try to dispute charges that apparently couldn’t be resolved by credit services and had to be passed to online orders!? Ugh! As if anyone needs this stress during a pandemic!

@lordandtaylor How do I get removed from your US Mail mailing list? Unlike every company on the internet, you have no way do do this online. I sent an email and the reply told me to go in person to a store to be removed. I called and she hung up on me while I was on hold.

@lordandtaylor My advise to everyone is do not order from L&T. I have purchased a lot from them over the last two months. They do a pending for the total amount, then charge you again when it ships. It took over a month for the pending amount of almost $400 to be released!!
