@Hermesparcels I gave a good review in a survey as I started trusting you. We sent an iPad with 2 bags of iced gems to my parents, today they have received 2 bags of iced gems and a Dorothy Perkins maternity dress, the IPad has gone, it’s been stolen. Never using you again

I am low vision impaired so I can't type / email long - by law they should have phone service for disability accommodation but they're illegal shitbags who don't deserve to be in business. Can't DM them.

Called today and spoke to a rude person who wouldn’t put me through to a manager just sent they would t speak to me
