This series will fail but not because of “they put the black and brown people in it, WOKE!” It will fail because Hollywood is blindly trying to use 90s tv to inject lifeblood into they system and not considering the context that 90s tv had VERY generic writing and a lot of shows were only as popular as they were due to being the first to cover certain topics and concepts, like X-files.

@khaliltooshort I think that’s the problem, beyond black Snape, there’s several other problems with the trailer. Color grading is too dark, his scar is too light, Nick Frost’s Hagrid performance seems absurd and his voice is all wrong and several other small things.
