JUSTICE-#RDC 🇨🇩 : LA CHINE REMET OFFICIELLEMENT LE TRIBUNAL POUR ENFANTS DE KINSHASA/KALAMU À LA RDC Kinshasa, 16 juillet 2026 – La République populaire de #Chine a officiellement remis, jeudi, au gouvernement congolais le Tribunal pour enfants de Kinshasa/Kalamu, un don destiné à renforcer la justice juvénile en République démocratique du Congo (RDC), au cours d'une cérémonie de transmission et de réception organisée au ministère de la Justice. La remise a été matérialisée par la signature du procès-verbal de transmission entre l'ambassadeur de Chine en RDC, Zhao Bin, et le Ministre d'État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Guillaume Ngefa Atondoko Andali. Dans son allocution, le Ministre de la Justice a salué l'excellence des relations de coopération entre la RDC et la Chine, soulignant que cette infrastructure illustre concrètement le renforcement du partenariat judiciaire entre les deux pays. « J'exprime toute mon appréciation pour l'excellente coopération que notre pays entretient avec la Chine. Je salue la réalisation du premier tribunal spécifiquement dédié aux mineurs en RDC. « La construction de ce tribunal pour enfants est une première dans notre pays. Vous êtes allés au-delà de ce qui était prévu dans l'accord en mettant à disposition des ingénieurs, en équipant entièrement l'ouvrage et en le livrant dans un délai record. Cette cérémonie concrétise les engagements que nous avions pris ensemble », a-t-il ajouté. Approfondir la coopération judiciaire Prenant la parole, l'ambassadeur de Chine en RDC a réaffirmé la volonté de son pays d'approfondir la coopération judiciaire avec Kinshasa. « La RDC est le premier partenaire commercial et d'investissement de la Chine en Afrique subsaharienne. Nous souhaitons développer davantage cette coopération judiciaire, dont la remise de ce tribunal constitue une preuve concrète. Nous sommes disposés à travailler avec le ministère de la Justice afin de trouver des mécanismes adaptés aux réalités congolaises et de contribuer au renforcement du système juridique », a déclaré Zhao Bin. De son côté, le directeur général de China First Highway Engineering Co. LTD RDC (CFHEC), entreprise chargée des travaux, a exprimé sa satisfaction de voir ce projet aboutir. La convention relative à ce projet d'aide a été signée le 1er décembre 2025. D'une superficie de 144 m², le bâtiment a été entièrement construit et équipé grâce au financement chinois.
