Kinshasa noisemakers can't actually think beyond their mouths, they think M23 will just withdraw because of a call from the US , as if the US has just guaranteed them safety or assured them peace.

You should reduce the fearmongering and exaggeration. It is clear that Rwanda is being used as a distraction to mislead Congolese citizens, so they do not focus on serious issues, including the recent scandal involving the son of President Tshisekedi, who was reportedly found with 3.5 million US dollars allegedly taken from public funds and attempting to transfer it to Arab countries. This case has been making significant noise, which explains why these rumors are being pushed to tarnish Rwanda’s image.
We are tired of these manipulative tactics. You should understand that the Congolese people are not naive. A government built on falsehoods cannot last. Citizens are becoming increasingly aware and are ready to respond, especially if you attempt to amend the Constitution. You may face public anger unlike anything you have seen before—and once again, you may try to blame Rwanda.
It has become clear that Rwanda is repeatedly used as a scapegoat, constantly invoked to distract people from the reality that your leadership has turned the country into chaos.
The story being circulated suggests that there may be something hidden behind it. Some claim that First Lady Denise Nyakeru was supposed to meet the father of her child, as they had reportedly done before in the UK. It is also alleged that Tshisekedi’s intelligence services became aware of this, and in panic, they blamed a Rwandan they saw, which escalated the situation unnecessarily.
In reality, it is said that the individual involved became a victim of jealousy from what critics mockingly refer to as the “Commander-in-Chief of Clochards,” Tshisekedi.
