What an amazing Day 1 of the British Down Syndrome Swimming Champs 2023. Each and every swimmer was brilliant and did themselves proud. For sessions 1 & 2 I had the honour of being starter and in my first race the winner broke his own world record, Wow!! Can’t wait for day 2!

Pt 1: GCSC Update Officials Uniform. Having Listened to the feedback from many of our officials GCSC have decided to implement the following changes in the New Year. First meet with the new changes, Level 3 “Last Chance Qualifier” 7th & 8th January 2023.
