@DebbyHylton I was so shocked when I heard this news this morning. Taken way too young. A majestic talent that will be sorely missed but so grateful for all he achieved. This is such a sad day. RIP

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Sir Ken Robinson died peacefully yesterday, 21st August 2020, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. We will be following up with a further update as we begin to follow Sir Ken’s wishes and honour his legacy.

If there is one thing I’ve learnt over the years, especially here at Toyota, is the power of fact finding which we call genchi genbutsu and root cause analysis. On the back of your article it would be great if @TrainingJournal could sponsor a survey for more data.
