@ScotRail One way of getting out of it , they have jumped about seats since Inverness.. Very poor!!! You were happy enough to comment when you thought there was no evidence of knowing if they had the correct ticket and it would make me look a dafty .

@ScotRail They have admitted to not having 1st class tickets and conductor let them stay . Not on when we pay nearly twice as much for our tickets !!

@Lornagh1 If a reservation is in place they would be best to speak t the conductor who will be able to assist. They may only be on the seat until the stop where reserved seats are due to board at which point they may be more than happy to move elsewhere. ^Ste

@ScotRail Obviously I can’t see their tickets. They are already reserved seats so will wait til conductor comes along but they didn’t speak to anyone from ScotRail on the train . So can they sit even on reserved seat ( what happens when the 1st class passengers whose seats they are get on?

@Lornagh1 Are you able to see what tickets these other passengers have? Passengers are able to upgrade to First Class whilst on the train Lornagh. ^Ste

@ScotRail Sitting in first class and appreciate it’s a busy train a reason why I paid the extra and 3 seats have now been taken by non first class ticket holders as they waited til train was moving then decided to sit in the unoccupied seats
