The Gin Palace on The Old Kent Rd Southwark SE1 previously called The Castle prior to the 1970's and a Pub was first mentioned on this site in 1794.Demolished some years ago and now modern flats.Once 17 Pubs were in business on The Old Kent Rd today 2 are still òpen🍺
