@givros Honestly depends on your goal: repo for max flexibility, website for easy adoption, reusable skill for embedding into existing workflows. If we had to pick, open-source repo tends to compound in value over time. What are you leaning to so far?

The character pipeline is moving forward: animations are now working. I lost some time because Codex occasionally switched GPT-5.6 Sol back to Light/Medium by default, and the difference in task execution was immediately noticeable. After switching back to GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra, progress was much smoother. Using animations from Mixamo, the character can now idle, walk, run and jump. Next: shoes, skin variations and different body types. Then I need to decide what this project should become: • A character generator website? • A reusable Codex skill? • An open-source GitHub repo? What would be the most useful?
Givros@givros

We’ve now laid the foundation for the clothing part. For this test, I created 2 clothing items with ChatGPT Image 2.0, then gave my skill the task of generating a character and adding those clothes to it. Next steps: test more outfits, add skin color, and build the animation part. If that works, this Codex + GPT-5.6 Sol skill will already be a solid step toward a real character creation pipeline.

I've vibe coded a lot of things, but this is the freaking best BEAST I've built using Claude Fable 5 ❤️‍🔥 A 3D realistic chalkboard built with @threejs. Like Excalidraw, but with "chalk." I never, ever thought this would be possible, but Fable did it. It prototyped the whole thing in ONE prompt. Then I just kept adding more and more features without even knowing how it was building everything. I was flying. It's developed using complex 3D graphics concepts like ray casting, fog, 2D affine transformations, state machines, typographic clustering, and much more. I've always loved drawing on blackboards and chalkboards since school and college, and I used to miss that feeling whenever I typed or brainstormed on a whiteboard. Now, I DON'T. It already has all the features you'd expect from a whiteboard like Excalidraw, and I'm planning to add even more over the coming days. Maybe I'll even launch it as a proper product. Let me know if you would love to try this :D Go chalk something. Link: chalkdraw.vercel.app

@lionel_mora @withmarbleapp That hero animation really carries the first impression. Love the interactive line on scroll too, would you mind sharing your workflow for that one as well?

No coding skills + 1 week + Claude = the new $50K @withmarbleapp website. Received some awesome feedback so I recorded this quick video on my process building it. It's focused on the hero asset which drove most of the comments. It's also spontaneous and almost unedited so thanks for bearing with me :) If you want more info on anything I don't cover there, please let me know in the comments.

@fafa818969 This is genuinely impressive discipline! Most people just move on to the next project without ever revisiting what went wrong.

@LottieFiles I mainly do it to avoid repeating the same mistakes. After almost every project, I write down the problems I ran into and how I solved them. It’s actually been really effective, even though I often felt like I’d done a pretty bad job.

I don’t really like writing prompts. Instead, I’ve spent years documenting and analyzing my project experiences. I’ve written over 50,000 words, and AI has turned them into a structured knowledge base that captures the way I speak, how I think about animation

@LottieFiles All of this comes from years of project reviews. After almost every project, I write down what went wrong and how I solved it. The md file I have now is just a one-off summary, but I could easily have the AI go through my database every month and keep it up to date automatically

Claude fable 5 is operating in a completely different dimension 🤯 Compared it with Claude Opus 4.8, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and GPT 5.5, the visual gap is insane. From 3D fluid dynamics to volumetric animation and complex physics, Fable 5 crushes the game. It’s not even close.

Claude Sonnet 5 built this in one shot. Can't believe how far AI coding has come this thing nailed the entire animation, 3D interaction, and colorway switch from a single prompt. Prompt below :
