The issue of the sign demonstrates the state of Syria behind all the glorification. Across the sphere, Syrians are again vowing Jihad against the Kurdish people - stating that the Kurdish demand for a sign that includes the Kurdish language is *seperatism* and orchestrated by the PKK (??) With these accusations, come insults, threats and posting pictures of dead Kurds. Another sphere, the *researchers* dismisses the issue entirely; states that it is the law and therefore it is good or okay that Kurds will not be allowed to be able to navigate governmental buildings in their own language. A ridiculous notion in itself; defending morally wrong decisions as it is the law is a mechanism to selectively subdue the opposing side. What this all shows is that Syria continues to be a deeply divided state with opposing sides that are trying to subdue each other instead of healing the wounds. If the Jolani-Government would be sincere about including the Kurdish people as part of Syria - they themselves would’ve made the effort to have Kurdish be included on the sign. Instead, they are using this opportunity to further marginalise the Kurdish people in Syria.

On Orthodox Easter, President Trump attacked the Pope because the Pope is rightly against Trump’s war in Iran and then he posted this picture of himself as if he is replacing Jesus. This comes after last week’s post of his evil tirade on Easter and then threatening to kill an entire civilization. I completely denounce this and I’m praying against it!!!
