Two bits of good news:
1) I worked my lardy arse off for the last 12 months and got a promotion at work - becoming an Associate Director at a London tech firm. Nuts, really.
2) My forehead is so perfectly bronzed, it can now be entered in the 2026 World Conkers Championship 👍

@NFFC_Lobley Easy enough to get decent a aerial duel percentage if you just let the ball bounce 3/4 of the time instead of actually attempting one

Morato has the best ground duel win % of any Forest player in the Premier League this season.
He’s also got the second highest aerial duel win %, behind only Nikola Milenkovic.
The stats suggest Morato has not had the poor season some would suggest.

@alelliott88 I read it last year with high expectations as many of my heroes hold it in such high regard (Dylan, Michael Stipe) and so felt a bit dissapointed/underwhelmed. It’s just not a very gripping story is it after all while, the last half is a bit of a slog

5. A book considered to be a classic but I definitely wouldn't class it as such. It's strong point is the style of writing in capturing an essence of times and places, but it falls down as it's repetitive and nearly every character is massively unlikeable (Dean was detestable)

4. An excellent read about the history of a genre of music I didn't know much about previously. Hancox also provides a fascinating look into the political and social conditions that provided the backdrop to grime which although can be heavy going is absolutely worth sticking with

Id 100% be changing the captaincy mid season. Yates won’t play enough, gibbs white needs a reality check. Wants to be the main man on everything, which has Single handedly cost us automatic qualification, Milenkovic has been here long enough to be our captain, needs to be done.
