The Georgian Group are concerned with plans by Hackney Council to demolish 40-43 Andrews Road. The building likely dates to between 1810 and 1830 and was originally constructed as a large Regency villa.

Where I live in Sussex plans are being mooted for 700 new homes on green fields. Meanwhile in #WestonsuperMare sections of this once grand 1860s crescent are empty and sliding into dereliction. Our housing problems is not simply about lack of homes

Went for a drink at Kings Arms on Roupell Street, Waterloo. Not so much because I like the pub, more so I have another excuse to gawp at the design classics (DS, Safari, SM and Minor are but four) adjacent. The Citroën DS is the most beautiful car ever created and that is *fact*.
