one-person AI lab in one day went from an agents.md to a fully functioning repo with the infra for agent team collaboration completed 28 experiments on 3 GPU VMs. created reusable tools and SOPs for future runs my initial task is to reproduce anthropic's latest "emotion concepts in a LLM" blog with Qwen 3.5 model. already made solid progress new insights derived from the experiments will lead to publishable artifacts the lab will continue to grow from here. the mission is mechanistic interpretability of open-source LLMs
