Being a landlord isn’t what social media makes it out to be. My rental insurance just went up $700 a year. My sewer bill is up 15%. I’m not raising rent on my tenant who’s been there many years because loyalty matters. But let’s be real… When a landlord raises rent $100 a month, it’s usually not greed. It’s necessary Costs go up. Taxes go up. Maintenance goes up. A lot of landlords aren’t getting rich, they’re trying to stay afloat

Folks selling off $NBIS on a private offering of $3.75 billion that matures in 5-7 years should have their trading accounts revoked for 5+ years until they show competency.

Tenants were probably on free housing and were evicted. I once had tenants who stole all of the light bulbs but never anything like this….

I may have outperformed the index just a tiny bit? It’s as simple as riding the Photonics and Memory Supercycles from $AXTI to $SNDK. Just doing this for fun now.
