Please act urgently*

@LouisAkpoveso Absolutely! Food can be a way to show appreciation, like saying, I see you, I value your contributions but definitely not a reward. Rewards are meant to be measurable benefits for achieving set goals. Food should NOT be a reward in a professional setting.

I got an interesting perspective form a Training that I’m at. We were talking about rewarding performance, and a lady asked to contribute, She said, from an organizational standpoint, food should not be used as a reward. Food is NOT a reward. Discuss?

A great woman once told me, Consideration, is the greatest form of Love. I repeatedly find this to be true, especially during our currently ‘difficult’ times as a nation. A bit more consideration for the next person, I believe would go a long way 🤍
