Felnin Celesten stands in front of the biggest season of his young career. "While Celesten's 2025 wasn't in line with expectations, the 20-year old has tools that remain eye-watering." 🧵

@eddierandoux Morishita is a good defender in the corners, Sato is manageable at 3B or LF.

The Hanshin Tigers duo in Teruaki Sato & Shota Morishita has the potential to be one of the most impactful ever in MLB. Both's 2026 MLB data comps would be: Sato = Oneil Cruz Morishita = Juan Soto Morishita is the true prize to be had.

@JakeSwaggs22 Sato this year, Morishita the next. Both will be mid-20's, and will be acquired through the posting system like Yamamoto and Suzuki.

@LouisAnalysis When do you think they come to the states? How will they be signed? Jan 15th international signing? How old will they be when they come?

@DWTheOriginal I do agree to some extent. He's not Juan Soto, but his data, including EV's, chase, Z-Con and so on is all closest to Soto. Realistically, it would be Mookie or J-Ram who are more likely comparisons, which is still crazy.

@LouisAnalysis My friend, no one comps to Juan Soto, regardless of what any model might say. We’re talking about an Inner Circle HOFer. It’s kind of like the old scouting adage that said you’re not allowed to compare any athlete to Bo Jackson.

@FHLFORKIDS1 Sato is likely to come over this offseason, while Morishita might be for the year after.

Sebastian Puche is putting up some crazy numbers in his first DSL season: 21 G .355 BA .517 OBP 1.017 OPS 2 HR 23% BB% (20 BB) 5.7% K% (5 K) The 17-year old catcher is showing off elite discipline for his age, and already cleared the fences twice.

The LA Dodgers have the best record in baseball. But their farm depth is also ridiculous. At Single-A, the Top 10 in OPS are almost half Dodgers: - Easton Shelton - Chase Harlan* - Jaron Elkins - Ching-Hsien Ko Harlan has been promoted to High-A.

With their addition of Roch Cholowsky, the White Sox now have: - Roch Cholowsky - Colson Montgomery - Braden Montgomery - Noah Schultz - William Bergolla Jr. - Caleb Bonemer - Hagen Smith - Mathias LaCombe And more. Things are turning around.

@eurosooner77 I think the K% and BABIP are big red flags for now. OPS means nothing or very little to me in DSL ball
