Parmi mes clients qui sont régulièrement à découvert, je dirais que je peux isoler deux types : ➡️ La mauvaise gestion chronique (liée à des dépenses CB, prélèvements, chèques, etc.) ➡️ Le client qui possède beaucoup d'épargne mais qui ne regarde JAMAIS ses comptes 🤔 La première catégorie est malheureusement extrêmement répandue...

@tony_fbr_invest Pour moi la limitation est le prêt de max 15 ans car + grosse mensualité/mois = + gros taux d’endettement = - de capacité d’emprunt. Donc au final j’ai l’impression de perdre un peu en faisait valoir les droits PEL sur un gros projet de premiere RP. Est-ce que je me trompe ?

Si vous possédez un Plan d'Épargne Logement (PEL), vous pouvez l'utiliser pour un achat immobilier (entre autres). ➡️ Le dernier que j'ai financé l'a utilisé pour ≈60k€ sur 180 mois avec un taux à... 2,7% 🏆 ➡️ Vous pouvez également recevoir les droits à prêt PEL de la part de vos parents par exemple, à condition d'épuiser vos droits perso en premier si vous possédez déjà un PEL

@tony_fbr_invest @benjamincallet Si on est marié sans contrat de mariage, les salaires sont considérés comme commun. Après chacun est libre de gérer ses finances comme il le souhaite, j’aime bien aussi l’option d’avoir ses propres comptes notamment si 1 seul des 2 s’intéresse à l’investissement.

Et tant mieux si cela vous convient :) A titre perso, hors de question que mon salaire arrive sur un autre compte que le mien et hors de question que le salaire de ma compagne arrive sur le mien. Chacun doit être libre de ses propres dépenses tout en subvenant conjointement aux dépenses du foyer. Quant aux frais bancaires, ce n'est absolument pas un problème de mon côté, je paie mensuellement pour ma CB et un ensemble de services que j'utilise donc je suis OK avec ça.

Je trouve qu'en terme de gestion budgétaire dans un couple, il n'y a pas meilleure combinaison que : 👨 1 compte perso (salaire, assurances perso, dépenses perso) 👩 1 compte perso (idem) 👫 1 compte joint (dépenses communes : crédit, maison, alimentation, enfants, etc.)

Je commence à ne plus du tout être à l'aise à devoir attendre la fin du mois pour recevoir le petit susucre de l'employeur qui me permet d'investir et de nouveau attendre 30 jours pour recommencer. C'est trop lent. Cela n'avance pas assez vite. Je veux faire exploser mes finances 🚀 ➡️ Plutôt que de faire augmenter mon rendement et prendre trop de risques, je souhaite augmenter mon capital 💰 À votre avis, quel est le meilleur moyen d'augmenter ses revenus de manière significative tout en étant salarié 🤔 👉 Cumuler un 2ème emploi ? 👉 Créer un business ? I just sold MakeLogo.ai for $65,000 🤩🚀 Launched it 3 months ago, with 0 budget and less than 600 followers. I learned to code only 9 months ago. Big thanks @agazdecki & @acquiredotcom to have made it possible! If you're curious, here is the whole story: December 2022, 20:40. I had a sudden idea. What if I made an app to generate logos using AI? I was making AI logos already for my other projects, so I knew how to do it. However, I needed to validate 2 hypotheses: 🤔 Can I make logos in an automated way? 🤔 Would people pay for it? I decided to make an MVP in 48 hours, as deadlines are the way to go when launching anything: x.com/nico_jeannen/s… 48 hours, 1 earthquake and 2 power outages later, I had my crappy MVP ready 🥳 By crappy I mean a static HTML page linked to a Typeform to collect payment. The back end was literally me generating the logos and sending them by email. No framework, no fancy stuff, just text and pictures. I made a few posts on Twitter and generated a couple of sales from it: x.com/nico_jeannen/s… Sales = Validation. The next step was to make an automated version, so I made another challenge of making an automated version in 48h and launching it on @ProductHunt 🚀🚀 And oh boy, things went crazy! I launched on December 11 and generated +$1000 of sales, ended up Product of the Day, and got tons of followers on Twitter, so I knew I was into something 🤩 However, it was far from perfect. Lots of logos needed additional editing or ended up weird because the customer inputs/prompts weren't good. So, I started from scratch again and made a brand new version in January. The new version offered way more options, and better results overall ✨ Then, I added the app to every startup directory I could put my hand on. And that's how most of my traffic came. I also kept posting on Twitter, every time someone asked "what are you working on?" I replied with the name of the app, and the same when someone asked for AI-generated logos 🤓 And... That's pretty much it. I tried to run some ads on Twitter & Reddit but it didn't work that much, as it's not targeted enough. Now, I don't have much interest in logo/design, and I don't have the technical skills to improve the app further, so, I decided to sell it in February. @acquiredotcom made the process pretty easy, I received a few offers, and ended up choosing the best offer. Then I did the transfer and here we are 🥳 In total, the app made +$23,000 in sales and $15,000 in profit. So, that's around $80,000 in total (profit + sale), which is equivalent to at least 5 years of safety net where I live 😱 If you want a more detailed post, I wrote everything I was doing in real-time back then: jeannen.com/making-ai-logo/ Now, keep in mind that it's not my first shot at entrepreneurship. In the last 5 years, I launched around 35 projects and most were total failures. Just between October and December 2022, I released 7 different apps. I never gave up. I kept showing up. It's a number game. The odds are against you, but at some point, you'll get something that sticks 😉 So... What's next? 🤔 I hate customer service. So I hired an assistant to do it on MakeLogo.ai. But in most cases, it's the same questions over and over. So I made an app to help my assistant works 2x faster. I wish that GitHub Copilot would have been able to suggest better Playwright code. I can only attribute this to not having enough Playwright source code written for it to be trained on
