We're deeply saddened to share the passing of our red panda, Khumbie❤️ During his annual exam, he was diagnosed with cancer, and our team made the difficult and compassionate decision to humanely euthanize him. At 11, he was entering his geriatric years. 1/4

@Louisabacio I love "lunch books" a whole story that can be read in 30 minutes or less. Sometimes I just want a nice one shot. I know plenty of people that seek out shorter reads because they don't have time to devote to a series or 300+. There's a market for it.

Most of my books fall under 300 pages. Most of the books I read as a busy wife, mom and college instructor are under 300 pages. I'm teaching and grading 100+ students a week. I don't have extra time to spend weeks or longer to finish a book. Bring on the novellas.

Someone found out my first book is 277 pages and said, "Books less than 300 aren't worth my time." I've read many fantastic reads that were less than 300 pages. How sad to miss out on good books because of a page count.
