@Clarke_RM92 @HM_Passport I sent my supporting documents on the 18th September and still no update!! Be prepared for a long wait! I have missed my holiday and lost money 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have now been waiting 9 weeks for a new child's passport.

@HM_Passport Thats because it takes an age to register documents to an application 🙄 uve recieved my further documents a week ago and still not registered them to my existing application. U clearly need to work out a better system for the post room, because its clearly failing.

@HM_Passport 9 weeks later and all I wanted was to take my children on holiday. I have now waited two weeks since your post room received the marriage certificate requested, that cost me £45 next day delivery might I add!!! I have now lost my holiday and my money. Thank you.

@donnell_monika @TUIUK Oh right 👍🏼I can amend but I will have basically lost all of the money I paid for my holiday. Amendment fee is 100% of the cost of the holiday 🤦🏼‍♀️

@LouiseBrian2 @TUIUK We are due to travel in December. I'm afraid so, you won't be able to change free of charge at a such a short notice. See if you can amend for additional charge.

@LouiseBrian2 @HM_Passport I’m in this boat! Applied online 31 aug, docs received 14 sept, the looked at it today but need cop of partners passport, I hope it’s not going to take as long as first time around..we fly 22 October...anyone else know the answer to this?

@kingar111 @LouiseBrian2 @HM_Passport Yes. Delivered and Signed for on 15 September, entered on their system on 25 September passport approved 8 days later so once they have them entered on the turnaround is quite quick. It’s just getting them from the post room that causes the delay

@EllenMcinall @kingar111 @HM_Passport That's why I sent another marriage certificate on the 18th which was updated on the system on the 24th. The processing update for the 27th must be for the marriage certificate j have sent to them?? I just dont know 🤷🏼‍♀️

@EllenMcinall @kingar111 @HM_Passport Omg 🤦🏼‍♀️ well they requested my further docs on the 6th September so that doesn't add up for me. I had waited because I was told that the marriage certificate that was already with them from my application had been linked...it was obviously a lie!

@kingar111 Yeah same for me...but docs received 18th Aug. Just dont get how she can say it hasn't been linked when it is processing?!

@LouiseBrian2 Yeah docs received on the 6th September. That was his old passport though.
