@dameshperi @cduffin12 So, I’ve been in contact with the CEO at Tide @OliverPrill , @BBCSpotlight @NatalieCornah and also the @TheFCA which has prompted the return of my missing money, along with an offer of compensation. I’ve tried to get hold of people to share their experiences also. Don’t give up!

Absolutely appalled with @TideBusiness customer services and treatment of clients. To allow money to be stolen out of my account once, only to then put it back in and take it back and give it BACK to the fraudulent company without so much as consulting me…account will be closed!
