Really disappointed with @TicketmasterUK. 😔 I accidentally purchased Garden upgrade tickets for Teddy Swims, I immediately contacted TM they have refused to allow an exchange or refund. I’m stuck with tickets I can't use. Can anyone help look into this? @TicketmasterCS
