Today’s Half Marathon Training (2/25) Speed work on the treadmill -3x1200m, 1x1600m at the following paces: 1- 7:13 (.35off @11min/mi) 2- 7:03 (.35off @11min/mi) 3- 7:13 (.35off @11min/mi) 4- 7:08  This workout felt reaaaaally good - last rep at a full mile and honestly felt like I could’ve keep going T-33 days until @LOVERUNPHILLY

Sunday’s Half Marathon Prep (3/2) 9 mile long run -1 mile warm up -8 miles push Longest run of the block, and the first time I brought BPN Go Gels out for mid-run fueling — definitely felt the positive effects of getting carbs in T-27 days until @LOVERUNPHILLY

Flashback Friday on this day 28 years ago sitting at Kala Patthar 18,500 feet with Mount Everest in the background. Khumbu, Nepal is the perfect location to do some high altitude trail running. Gokyo Ri and Cho La pass just to name a few challenging trails.

TOMORROW, Saturday 9/21, we will be supporting @LegacyOfHopePHL and their annual #PHL24 on the #RockySteps! For 24 hours, athletes will climb these historic steps so no cancer patient in Philadelphia or Camden County goes without food or shelter due to their diagnosis.

March recap. Two half marathons, virtual with @LatinosRun_ IRL with @LOVERUNPHILLY and plenty of 5ks and 15ks in between. Total miles 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. For April, I will focus more on speed work and strength. Looking forward to my next run with @IBXRun10 in May.
