Philly Love Run Recap First Half-Marathon ✅ Came in with a goal of sub 1:45 and realized by about mile 6 or so that sub 1:40 was in play — absolutely thrilled with this effort. The older I get, the more I realize intelligence is overrated. Intelligent people are more likely to overthink, overplan, and overanalyze. They hide behind motion that doesn't create progress. They fear the judgment of others if they're proven wrong. The truth is that intelligence is abundant. Courage is not. The people you admire are the ones who had the courage to act. They aren’t more talented than you. They aren’t smarter than you. They just took action when you didn’t. I often wonder how many extraordinary people wasted their entire lives waiting for permission that never came. Permission isn't granted. It's taken. You get to tap yourself in whenever you want. You can just do things. Courage beats intelligence.

The Charlie Kirk assassination made me a Kennedy truther. As in, I now 100% believe the official story. People will find anything that fits what they want to believe, despite all of the evidence pointing towards a reality we discovered quickly. People are inherently susceptible to cults and "hidden knowledge" because we are pattern seeking animals.

Everyone wants me to rip on TrumpRx. Reality is, it’s saving patients money on IVF and a few other drugs. A lot of money. IMO, anything that saves patients money is a win. And they truly do have some great people that are making smart moves. You just don’t know their names. Chris Klomp. Mark Atalla, Abe Sutton and so many more. When you talk to them, and see the work they put in, it’s obvious they are focused on trying to do the right thing for patients. Don’t forget they didn’t give the insurance industry a price increase they wanted, and those stock prices got crushed. TrumpRx is just getting started. @costplusdrugs is just getting started.

The victim of the terrorist attack at Old Dominion has been identified as Lt. Col. Brandon Shah-- who was a Professor of Military Science and the leader of the university's ROTC program. He was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Atlantic Resolve. Saban called on lawmakers to fix issues he has seen at the collegiate level, where Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals have turned the focus away from education. "How much does anybody talk about getting an education anymore? Nobody talks about it at all, which is the most important thing any of these student athletes can do in terms of enhancing their future."

The thing about the McCain trade is that the thought process was a disaster on every level — player eval, timing, negotiation, long term cap/money management, reading how it might affect the locker room. Not to mention the coaching side of it, who very obviously limited and misused this guy, and who was hired and backed by this front office. Like if you just had competent decision making on any of those fronts, this trade doesn’t happen. The decision to trade McCain now, the way they went about it, and the return they got really highlights the areas of top to bottom organizational brainrot. Just an all-time fuck up, I will never get over it, and I will bet anything that it continues to look worse and worse over time.
