@jtbeck10445 @JoJoFromJerz Have you considered there are elderly sick people, veterans with PTSD & TBI & others right now mental health problems who worked jobs, most their entire lives who are vulnerable and need to eat? We also have military veterans on food stamps. Gave you ever gone without food?

@JoJoFromJerz It's you. If you are on food stamps you may just not be paying taxes and I think a lot of the money for the Ballroom is donated. Go back to your Liberal puppet masters and ask them that. NICE TRY THOUGH!!

Maybe it’s me, maybe I’m old fashioned, but maybe just maybe, bragging about kicking people off food stamps while telling them to pay for a billion dollar ballroom at the same time is a losing electoral strategy. But what do I know.

I cannot unsee this. I've been watching Trump answer questions for years. The confidence. The certainty. The way he shuts down a room. I genuinely thought he was one of the sharpest communicators alive. Then one day I caught myself finishing his sentence before he said it. Not guessing. Knowing. Word for word. Before he said it. So I pulled the transcripts. Press conferences. Interviews. Sprays. Egg prices. Greenland. January 6th. Military strikes. Different years. Different reporters. Completely different topics. Same thing every time. Every single time Trump is asked a question — any question — he runs the exact same 7 steps. In the exact same order. Without exception. This is not personality. This is not confidence. This is not charisma. This is a deliberate repeatable formula. And I can prove it. His actual words. Public record. Verify every single one yourself. 📷 STEP 1 — KILL THE QUESTION (First thing every time — make the question itself the problem.) 📷 "That's a stupid question." / "Fake news." 📷 STEP 2 — KILL WHO ASKED IT (Destroy the source so the question has nowhere to stand.) 📷 "Your ratings are terrible. Nobody watches your network." 📷 STEP 3 — INSERT HIMSELF (Every topic. Every time. Without fail. It always lands here.) 📷 "Nobody has ever done what I've done." 📷 STEP 4 — SCALE IT TO THE BIGGEST CLAIM POSSIBLE (Not good. Not great. The greatest. Ever. In history. Every single time.) 📷 "More than any administration — by far." / "Nobody has ever had crowds like I've had — in history, for any country." 📷 STEP 5 — UNNAMED PEOPLE AGREE (Faceless. Countless. Unverifiable. Always there.) 📷 "Smart people are saying it. Great people. A lot of people." 📷 STEP 6 — VAGUE THREAT (Something bad will happen. Never specified. Always implied.) 📷 "All hell will break out." / "They know it. Believe me." 📷 STEP 7 — LOOP BACK TO HIMSELF (Different words. Same destination. Formula complete.) 📷 "It's been an amazing period of time. Page after page of accomplishments." The question was never answered. The formula just ran. Go back and watch any clip. Any year. Any topic. Any reporter. Count the steps. I'll wait. This is the part nobody wants to sit with: Real conviction engages with the actual question. It sometimes stumbles. Sometimes says I don't know. It changes shape based on what's in front of it. A formula runs the same 7 steps whether the topic is war or egg prices. Which means the response was never built for the question. It was built for you. To feel powerful. To feel certain. To stop you from noticing that nothing was actually answered. And it worked. For years it worked. Pull any transcript. Public record. Count the steps yourself. This isn't about politics. This is about what you were never supposed to notice. I've found the same deliberate pattern running in another major figure in this administration. Different slots. Same principle. Same effect. Next post I break it down. Follow or miss it. @Castlen4 @InductInxs No ugh about it. Bono is a humble man whether people believe it or not. @U2 were great mates of INXS; Bono & Michael were dear friends, even neighbors at their Villa’s in France, and Bono’s song Stuck in a Moment is such a deeply personal song of how much he cared for Hutch

@U2’s Bono is the only choice - friends, owned homes together in Eze, France, Bono wrote Stuck in a Moment (You Can’t Get Out of) in Michael’s memory and finished Michael’s song Slide Away on his solo album. U2 loves INXS. It will be very heartfelt.

JD Vance flew to Budapest this week to campaign for Viktor Orbán, five days before the Hungarian election. Not as a private citizen. As Vice President of the United States. Let us be precise about what that means, because the words matter. Orbán has spent fifteen years turning Hungary into a one-party state with the trappings of elections. Controlled courts. Captured media. Gerrymandered constituencies. A leader who says the EU is a greater threat to Hungary than Russia, while taking Russian gas, blocking EU sanctions, and vetoing military aid to Ukraine at every opportunity. This is what Vance flew in to endorse. This is what Trump called complete and total support. This is what Rubio came to validate in February. The analogy writes itself, and it is not comfortable. In 1956, Soviet tanks rolled into Budapest to crush a Hungarian uprising and keep a compliant government in power. The world was horrified. America condemned it as definitive proof of what the Soviet empire actually was beneath the slogans. Seven decades later, the United States is doing the political equivalent without the tanks but with the same logic: a great power intervening in a small country’s election to keep the right man in charge. The right man, in this case, being the one most useful to Moscow. That is the geometry of it. Vance spoke of Christian civilization and shared moral values while standing next to a man the European Union has spent years formally sanctioning for dismantling the rule of law. The same rule of law that America spent the entire Cold War telling the world was the thing that separated us from them. America used to be them’s biggest nightmare. It has become them. Europe has seen this before. Different flag, same playbook. The conclusion writes itself, and nobody in Brussels, Warsaw or Tallinn is struggling to reach it. This White House is not an ally. It is a subsidiary, and the parent company is in Moscow. Seventy years of partnership. Shredded in Budapest by a man who flew in from Washington to do Putin’s electoral errands.. Stay informed, Follow Gandalv @Microinteracti1

Bono’s Bible
Bono’s Bible@BonosBible·
U2’s “Song for Hal” stands as a beautiful oddity. Not only does The Edge sing lead vocals, but the song drapes Christian imagery over the memory of a man who didn’t believe. Hal Wilder, the acclaimed music producer, died from COVID complications in 2020 in Manhattan. Culturally Jewish but non-religious, Hal held no belief in God or an afterlife. Yet the lyrics—written by The Edge and Bono—imagine an eternal space for him: bright blue air, the song of Forever, and the promise that heaven is a place where music is made. You’re not alone when you’re on your knees speaks of the hidden companionship of prayer, recalling Jesus’ words to seek the Father “who is unseen” (Matthew 6:6 NIV). Not alone if no one sees you fall rests in the Psalm that “The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down” (Psalm 145:14 NIV). Did you know he is close to God who makes his old friends laugh recalls the Book of Job’s promise that God “will yet fill your mouth with laughing, and your lips with rejoicing” (Job 8:21 NKJV). U2 offers a hopeful vision rooted in what Hal loved most: music, collaboration, and laughter. Instead of doctrinal arguments, the song moves toward something other — resurrecting their friend through the music and memories that defined him, turning raw loss into a song that echoes into eternity. The Edge’s voice, remarkably, rises from tender lament to a soaring crescendo. Within that peak they honor their friend: a man who lived in the here-and-now, yet helped them see far beyond it.

BREAKING: A renowned psychologist warns that Trump's mental "deterioration" is "accelerating" with clear signs of "frontotemporal dementia" and yet he still "has the nuclear button.” We demand a full cognitive assessment by a nonpartisan doctor NOW! “He’s more like an out-of-control mental patient—only here is somebody who has the nuclear button,” Dr. John Gartner told The Daily Beast podcast. He explained that the president has been “showing signs of frontotemporal dementia since 2019" and his “rate of deterioration is accelerating" which should alarm everyone because of the enormous power that Trump has at his fingertips. Gartner said that the cognitive deterioration is moving so rapidly that Trump is "not the same man he was four weeks ago." Given that he's currently waging an illegal and bloody war against Iran and flirting with another one against Cuba, that should terrify every sane American. “What is most disturbing for the world is that people with frontotemporal dementia lose all judgment, all inhibition, all ability to inhibit their behavior, and they become disinhibited and aggressive,” said Dr. Gartner. Over the weekend, Trump supercharged the concerns about his rotting mind with a truly insane Easter Truth Social post— “Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F*ckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah," the President of the United States, a supposed Christian, wrote. Dr. Gartner said that the post “shows the interaction” between frontotemporal dementia and malignant narcissism. While Trump has long been prone to cursing and violent rhetoric, he is growing "more coarse and more abrasive." “Now instead of just saying liars and losers, he’s using the word ‘f*ck,’” said Dr Gartnet. “Just that level of cursing is so unpresidential. It’s just showing how he’s losing all the internal controls and he’s more like an out-of-control mental patient, only here is somebody who has the nuclear button.” “My fear is that Donald Trump is getting off on this. He is getting sadistic pleasure from scaring the world and blowing things up,” said the doctor. “He’s a raging id with no frontal lobes and no guardrails.” Beyond the obvious outbursts of mental illness, Trump regularly gets confused while speaking, loses his train of thought, and forgets who people are. Were he a regular American his family would already have him committed to a psychiatric nursing facility. Instead, he's dropping bombs all around the world. Gartner previously laid America's Trump problem out in the starkest terms imaginable— "We're in a hell of a lot of trouble. Us, America, but the world is in a hell of a lot of trouble because the most powerful man in the world is both evil and demented," he said. We couldn't agree more. What is YOUR diagnosis of Trump? Please ❤️ and share to demand a full suite of cognitive tests!

Some very good journalism from MSNBC, reporting on all the fabricated stories that Donald Trump has told over the last year. It’s embarrassing. The guy is either brazenly lying or riddled with dementia—likely both—but either way, that boy ain’t right.

One Year On: The Greatest Economic Own Goal in Living Memory A year ago, Donald Trump stood in the Rose Garden, surrounded by charts nobody understood, and declared war on mathematics. He called it Liberation Day. The Financial Times, along with every economist who has read more than a bus ticket, is marking the anniversary with a verdict that should be carved into marble: it failed. On every single front. Spectacularly. Completely. Embarrassingly. Let us be precise about this. Measured against Trump’s own three stated goals, making foreigners pay for doing business with America, narrowing the trade deficit, and punishing China, the tariffs have clearly failed. Not partially failed. Not failed with asterisks. Failed the way a man fails when he drives a Reliant Robin onto a motorway and acts surprised when it rolls. And everyone said so. Economists said so. Trading partners said so. His own party said so. The entire field of international trade theory, developed over roughly two centuries by people who actually read things, screamed it from the rooftops. But Donald Trump, a man whose relationship with economics appears to consist entirely of gut feeling and cable television and 6 casino bankruptcies knew better. The average American household paid an extra $1,700 due to tariffs. Over 65 percent of Americans reported that everyday goods became significantly less affordable. This is what happens when you run the world’s largest economy on instinct and vibes. One year after the Rose Garden ceremony, factory jobs are down and inflation is up. The precise opposite of what was promised. With extraordinary confidence. Then the lawyers arrived. The Supreme Court found that Trump had exceeded his authority, ruling that the declared emergency bore no rational connection to the trade measures imposed. In other words, the legal foundation was nonsense. The government had collected $166 billion in tariffs from over 330,000 businesses on grounds the Supreme Court found unconstitutional. The refund process is now underway. One hundred and sixty-six billion dollars. Collected illegally. From American businesses. The financial markets, bless them, responded with the only appropriate tool available: mockery. The meme “Trump Always Chickens Out” refuses to go away, and the TACO index is now actively used by analysts to price in the president’s chronic habit of retreating. Every serious voice warned this would happen. Trade economists. Former Treasury secretaries. The IMF. The WTO. The EU. Canada. Japan. Basically anyone who had spent more than forty minutes studying how global trade actually works. The man who ignored all of them had previously run a casino into bankruptcy and considered that a learning experience. He was not, it turns out, a fast learner. One year. Zero of three goals achieved. One Supreme Court ruling. One $170 billion refund. One economy paying more for everything and making less of it. Liberation Day. What a name for it.
