I'm not sure what happened, but the recovery phrase for my Lovebird-Records creator account, was not connected to the proper wallet. After endless searching, and a long grieving period, I came to terms with the fact that my account and all of my earnings are gone for good. 2/5

@NikkoMcBeth @IdealisticGary @GameStopNFT You can stream it from a streaming service, but YOU don't own it. The streaming service does. If they decide to remove it, go out of business, etc etc, poof it's gone. With NFTs you have true ownership. And if the Artist blows up, that 1st edition copy might be worth MUCH more.

@IdealisticGary @GameStopNFT And who knows, if that artist blows up later and you've got a valuable 1st edition pressing, could be worth some money. I've always liked the analogy of it being like buying a 1st edition pressing of the first Beatles record and holding onto it.

@IdealisticGary @GameStopNFT Ahh true- well until then, when you purchase a music NFT, you'll own that unique copy and can download it and play it however you wish. I like to think of it like the old days- where if you bought a 1st pressing Vinyl 45 single for ex., you own it and can do as you please. 1/2

@Le0maj0r @GameStopNFT Think of it like if you bought a physical Vinyl record from the store. There are a limited amount of copies of them in existence, and you can't make copies or try to sell it as your own. But you have the right to resell it for however much you like.
