@SouthwestAir When you say “process a claim,” how do I do that? I was told over the phone I had to do it in person. I am staying in Boulder until Wednesday and it would be very difficult to get back to the Denver airport. Please advise.

@SouthwestAir I JUST picked up my bag from baggage claim at DEN and look at this crazy damage! Called the 800 number and they said I needed to go to the office right away, but my ride was waiting for me. Can I go on Wednesday on my way out??
