Proper trip” I didn’t know what to do, so I quickly called the Pastor who also lives in our compound. I even covered the girl properly before he entered. Pastor took one look and said “This is not a prayer matter. She didn’t even know what happened and was still saying she wanted to stay. I forced her to leave. It’s not me she’ll put in trouble” We burst out laughing. But some guys could have still smash after the whole drama sha. Honesty guys, STAY AWAY FROM STRAINS. Especially when you don’t know the person well.

Four words I find most annoying in Nigerian English: 1. Menses: OMG this word annoys me soooo much. My mom used to say it a whole lot and oh it icked me sooooo bad😭😭 2. Protein: Mind you, what’s being referred to is the likes of meat, chicken, egg etc. Why do we have to call it “protein”? 3. Toor: I hate this word so much. It’s so irritating mehn. Like why is your response “toor”? Can’t you think of something more witty? 4. Toilet being used as a verb: As in, “do you want to toilet?”, “go and toilet na” 😭😭😭😭😭😭 5. Hubby/Hubstar: “Why? What? Wetin happen?” 6. Undies: What is that? Why are you shy you say “underwear”? Very common amongst nigerian moms. I dislike it. 7. Smiles: Why would you say that? What do you mean by smiles? Doesn’t that sound weird to you?

Excited to share a new paper from the cPen Network: "From Labor to Attention: A Token-Economic Framework for the AI Era" As AI automates more and more work, traditional jobs are becoming less reliable as a source of income and stability. At the same time, the explosion of AI and automation is making genuine human attention one of the scarcest and most valuable resources in the digital economy. As AI and automation continue to weaken traditional job-based income, the paper argues that an attention-centered economy may gradually emerge as a complementary layer, giving ordinary people a new way to participate and earn in the digital world, alongside their existing work. We believe this shift creates a major opportunity for fairer systems. The paper introduces ATEM, the Attention-Token Economic Model, a practical framework for rewarding verified human attention with real economic value. Here’s how ATEM works as a self-reinforcing loop: • Attention Capture: Users contribute real attention through simple check-ins, browsing, evaluating content/products, or light tasks, all verified as human (not bots or AI agents). • Attention Monetization: Advertisers and merchants pay for access to this genuine human attention. • Token Distribution: Contributors receive tokens proportional to their verified attention. • Token Absorption: A portion of the real revenue is used to buy back tokens from the market. This ties rewards directly to actual economic demand instead of speculation. This creates a powerful cycle: Revenue funds buybacks → Buybacks support token value → Higher token value attracts more genuine participants → More participants generate more valuable attention → More revenue. The Worst year of My Life Turned Into the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me and my life changed. Back in May 2025, my 64GB iPhone XR storage got completely full and the phone practically stopped working until I freed up space. At that time, I wasn’t really active on Twitter and had around 2k followers. Something just told me to delete the TikTok app because it was taking too much storage, so I did. Around that same period, my girlfriend also broke up with me. I was trading a $5k GFT account I bought for $17, and luckily I got a $150 payout. From that payout, I bought Tentrade’s instant account and made 50% on a $1k account, then withdrew the profits. That was the moment things started changing for me and I began to blow up on Twitter. Some of my mutuals would definitely remember that time. Back then, I felt like God had forsaken me, my girl left me, my phone storage was full and my phone stopped working. But looking back now, I realize those setbacks were actually preparing me for something bigger. Today, I’m in a much better place, and I’m grateful for everything that happened.
