$BTC Has broken out of its range it traded in for 2 months. Price is still yet to push above the March high at $76K. Doing that would set this up for a move to close that CME gap at ~$84K later on. This is now the 5th breakout above the range, all the other ones got slammed down within 1-2 days. All the bulls need to do is prevent that from happening again.

$BTC Still failing to sustain above that range high area for more than a day or two. Now testing the top of the range again after this full on reversal. This did close the CME gap that was here from this weekend. FOMC coming up in a few hours. Important region to watch.

You've likely seen this saying before, but I think it's important to always be aware of this: "The market transfers money from the impatient to the disciplined." Most mistakes people make come from impatience. If you can control those urges, your long term performance as a trader and investor will improve no doubt.

Most people in this market want high returns. But few people have the discipline & patience to actually survive the big downturns and focus longer term. Compounding is your best friend, even with "relatively" mediocre returns for something like $BTC & $ETH this cycle, surviving in the long term will still do its wonders.

You should always be able to explain your reasoning behind a trade to someone else. Whether it's some pattern, indicator, statistic or even intuition based if you're more experienced. If you can't think of this, and your reasoning behind the trade is lacking, that often means the trade isn't as strong as you perceived it to be.

I can't wait to be properly locked in again, checking dozens of charts a day, researching new narratives and reading the many telegram group chats. But right now, the market environment is just not right for that. If you spend too much time watching a bad market, you will see trades that aren't there and only end up wasting time, energy and capital. The best thing you can do during times like these is stay up to date, mark out high timeframe levels and work on your leaks as a trader. Then you're ready for when the market environment gets better and crush it afterwards.

$ETH Had been holding on to that 0.032 level against $BTC for a long time but the floor did finally fall through. I think a lot of the relative ETH weakness this weekend was due to the hunt of the 10/10 whale who got liquidated for his ~700M ETH long. Losing -$110M PnL in a day. Now trading between this 0.026 and 0.03 level which is the range to watch.
