And they are governing. They’re negotiating. There’s been proposals and counter proposals. An agreement will be reached at some point. Everything at this point on both sides is theater. But make no mistake, democrats are holding TSA hostage because they don’t want to lose the illegal criminal population and their congressional districts once reapportionment happens.

Republicans control all 3 branches of government. Democrats introduced 7 bills to fund TSA. Each one was blocked by Republicans.

Really? So let’s see how irrational you are. This “trial”: 1) could only be brought because the state legislature passed a law to temporarily pause the statute of limitations for the “crimes” for one year so they could go after one man in a civil proceeding . Not suspicious at all 🤔. 2) the case was in regards to an alleged assault that took place over 30 years prior of which there was no evidence and even the “victim” couldn’t remember key aspects of what happened, so the evidence was nothing more than he said/she said. 3) the proceedings were a civil case in which all you needed to do was to convince half the jury plus 1 AND the degree to which you believe the evidence has to amount to nothing more than “yeah I guess it could have happened”. This is in comparison to a criminal case where the decision has to be unanimous and you have to have no doubt of guilt. 4) in said civil case rape was one of the counts that the jury, operating under the reduced rules of guilt as outlined in part 3 above, found Trump not liable for 1specifically. So that obvious partisan, activist judge’s feelings mean nothing - the jury legitimately said no on the rape. So no, to rational people Trump was never convicted of rape, never found liable for rape and therefore is not a rapist except in the mind of delusional leftist who repeat anything their cult leaders tell them.

Judge Kaplan said that the jury "implicitly found Mr. Trump did in fact digitally r*pe Ms. Carroll," and that this act fits the common, everyday understanding of "r*pe". Trump said, on tape, loud & clear he assaults women.
