IT'S OFFICIAL: The House has passed our extension of TPS for Haiti. This win wouldn't be possible without the strength & organizing of our movement to defend our Haitian neighbors. To those in the #MA7 & beyond, this is for you. The Senate must pick this up without delay.

This is the right call from the Supreme Court for now. Mifepristone is safe, effective, and must remain accessible. Abortion care is basic essential healthcare.

Due to predators like Epstein & Maxwell, survivors had their bodies, dreams, & dignity violated. They were mere children. I'll never stop pushing for the accountability, transparency, and healing they are owed—and a reckoning is on the way.

BREAKING: A court packed with Trump-appointed extremists decided to make medication abortion harder to access. Let's be clear: mifepristone is safe, effective & FDA approved. We won't stop fighting to protect our reproductive freedom & this basic, essential form of healthcare.

We are monitoring the Fifth Circuit decision that just came down concerning access to #mifepristone. As we examine the ruling and its impacts, let us be very clear:

Minority-owned small businesses are under-served by our financial system, and Trump's proposed regulations would make that worse. That's why we need policies like my SPARK Act, which would ensure that these small businesses are invested in and supported.

My constituent Ellen Mei, a dedicated USDA employee, was unlawfully terminated after warning the public of the administration’s cuts to SNAP. She is an essential worker who is damn good at her job and who took an oath to serve and give back to our communities daily—to literally feed our neighbors. Her firing was a violation of her right to free speech, and she was one of the hundreds of thousands of federal workers terminated by Donald Trump and Elon Musk's DOGE unlawful firing frenzy. That's why we've fought hard for Ellen and federal workers like her to be reinstated so they can continue serving our country. I’m so glad to hear she was reinstated and restarted her job this week. But she should have never been fired to begin with. I'll keep pushing to hold this lawless White House accountable, to support our labor unions, and for all of our dedicated federal workers to be met with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Supreme Court expansion. Term limits for justices. A binding code of ethics. John Lewis Voting Rights Act. Defend our democracy.

Housing is a human right, but discrimination against folks with criminal records has been a barrier to housing, economic stability, and public safety. My bill with @RepRashida would help disrupt the prison-to-homelessness pipeline and advance housing justice.

Last year Republicans gutted SNAP & kicked millions of families off food assistance to pay for tax cuts for billionaires. Now they want to double down & extend those cuts for 5 years—hurting children, elders, & folks with disabilities. I am vehemently opposed & urge my colleagues to vote NO.

Last night House Republicans passed a budget bill that gives ICE & CBP $140 billion to continue their campaign of terror & violence against our communities. Unconscionable. I voted NO & will keep fighting to abolish ICE, end qualified immunity, & hold this lawless agency accountable.

Our actions today are for the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein. For years, many have been complicit in protecting the powerful, wealthy, and well-connected who participated in a pedophile Ponzi scheme. @RepPressley is clear: We will get justice. A reckoning is on the way.

Today we filed contempt charges against Pam Bondi for refusing to testify about the Epstein files coverup. 45 mins later, the GOP announced her appearance date. We'll keep pushing for accountability. Whether you’re a politician, prince or president—a reckoning is on the way.
