For many, their wheelchair is a lifeline. My constituents shared with me how my FAST Repairs for Wheelchairs Act to remove burdensome requirements for wheelchair repairs would be essential to their mental & physical health, mobility, and everyday lives.

This Disability Pride Month, we celebrate the dignity, humanity, & joy of our siblings with disabilities. As we commemorate the passing of the ADA, we affirm that disability rights are human rights and we must continue to dismantle barriers faced by the disability community.

The lives, families, & futures of our TPS holders are not temporary. They make incredible contributions to our healthcare, hospitality, & construction industries. The SCOTUS ruling is a devastating comma, but it is not a finite period. We’re still fighting.

I introduced an amendment to ensure that states have the authority to take action to improve consumer protections. And Republicans voted it down. Grateful Massachusetts is leading the way & protecting consumers who were victims of predatory earned wage access products.

This ruling is nothing but transphobia from Trump's Supreme Court. To our transgender siblings across the country: I'll continue fighting for the dignity and respect you deserve to thrive in every space you wish.
