I’m surprised Pema isn’t somehow one of the most hated characters in avatar for giving Korra such awful advice
dia 🂱 rewatching tlok@kiyodia
what is this advice hello?!
English

@bageloverwatch my tank main, dps main AND sup main are missing, incredible
English

if ow only had 20 heroes..

sofie@vagrantgoose
if overwatch only had 20 heroes who would you keep?
English

@Stealth_Mater @lordfurnace13 @smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss I can't speak specifically as a mexican, since I'm not one, but even tho latin america is not a monolith we have a lot of common attributes, and most of us would consider life experience and culture more defining than blood.
English

@LoyalBard @lordfurnace13 @smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss What if someone wasn’t born in Mexico but still participates in Mexican culture, would you say they’re Mexican?
English

@lordfurnace13 @smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss and you can keep talking but unless you lived a latino life there aint no latini that will take you guys seriously when you say you're one of us
English

@LoyalBard @smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss you can keep talking, but again, you do not get to tell someone they’re not mexican just because they don’t fit what your close minded eyes recognize as mexican. mexicans are not required to submit to your point of view. we are united by blood.
English

@smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss we wouldn't be defining us as anything like that in the first place, but latin america is not a monolith, maybe the person has a deeper connection to their families ancestry and all that but they would probably never defined themselves as a part of it, you know?
English

@LoyalBard @KarbienPiss So would it have been better if he’d said he was 1/4 Hispanic?
English

@smegmatasteyum @LoyalBard @KarbienPiss Well fuck Asians, go ask those things to a rice muncher, between latinos is different
English

@smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss Besides, asian can be considered an ethnicity, mexican sure isn't outside of the US. You can be eastern asian, southeastern asian, whole lot of asians, all different countries with different cultures, it's not a monolith. But there is only one Mexico.
English

@smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss Not specific to mexicans, in fact, I did say it was the rest of the world. The US that has an unique stance on ancestry that most people think is utter bullshit.
English

@lordfurnace13 @smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss They can larp all they want, if they don't participate in the culture they are not part of it. And that's okay. Latinos like when people from outside try to fit in with us, what we don't like are gringos larping their "ethnicity" like it's anything other than just a "fun fact"
English

@smegmatasteyum @KarbienPiss Mexican is an ethnicity only in the good ol US of Ass, in the rest of the world it is a nationality and more importantly a culture. If you do not participate in the culture, no one gives a shit if you're 1/4 something, you're not mexican.
English

@KarbienPiss I mean making fun of birdie is all well and good but being 1/4 of something is funny? Is it… not enough? Do you need to be at least half to not be made fun of? I don’t understand 😭
English

@athenaheart_OW ana moral???? she is the antichrist of all tank players, an even some other characters of other roles, she is insanely game breaking and anyone that mains her should be sent to the penis explosion chamber immediately
English

@A21starman @CBreadman_ I hate this argument, just because there are some technological advancements doesn't mean they have modern appliances
English

How the hell do they have a modern forklift in, like, early 19th century
dakota !!@bugby7e

@TheWideGuard @DBDLegendIcons I think 33% would be low enough ao nobody would use it. 45-50% would be ok. A whole perk should be useful enough or you're just wasting a slot
English

TLDR: Not sure if this is a rage bait or not, but trust me, this needs nerfed. It really shouldn't be 66% and should be reduced to 33% or less.
You are entitled to your opinion, but as someone who regularly abuses this perk, I disagree with you and I feel there is a lot you are over looking. (Assuming this isn't rage biat, that is)
1: Ignoring the fact It actually is used often in 4 man's. Just because you don't see an op/unhealthy perk that often, does not magically make the perk any less OP or unhealthy. For example, change of plan is grossly overpowered, despite the fact that no one seems to be using it.
2: 66% is a massive buff, regardless of the fact it no longer stacks
3: It is inherantly unhealthy in its current state due to hard countering specific Killer powers, for example Freddy. 1 or 2 survivors bringing Vigil can lose a Freddy the game before it even starts. Losing from lobby with no counterplay is bs.
4: Most people don't even use it for the status effect reduction, they (like me) use it to spam sprint burst. 66% reduced exhaustion, 76% with ghost notes is insane!
Trust me, this needs nerfed. It really shouldn't be 66% and should be reduced to 33% or less.
English

Here’s the thing.. IT DID. its last ever change was a huge nerf hence why no one runs it.
Vigil USED TO counter status effects from POWERS. It no longer does. For example it used to counter TIER III or Ghostface.
Oh but 66% is too much.. we have addons that apply shit for 90s
isɑɾi ೀ@isarispaws
im sorry but can somebody explain to me how vigil still hasn’t received any real nerfs
English

@LilaUnicornOG as a man, mercy is my most played support and I love playing her, but most mercys I get on competitive hurt our team's composition with her low hps, or refuse to change to another hero, or keep pocketing their duo and let the other support heal the rest of the team, it is hell
English

@NekoKirito7 @juudeaux @DieChanc3 he was pretty fun before the range buffs anyways, so retracting them won't gut his fun
English

@juudeaux @DieChanc3 "Hey lets just remove everything that makes this character fun and just nerf a C tier character into oblivion"
English

Hero made with such a freakish and perverted playstyle that despite there existing objectively stronger ban options, NO ONE wants to play against it

@hardpietdepsi @KarlMaxxed and that's not even an european thing, it's a "everybody outside united states" thing
English

@KarlMaxxed my favourite thing is her saying "you hear an american accent and assume someones stupider than you and dont even notice it" and its like. yeah i do. like i notice it. its a choice. but yeah. i definitely do
English

when I made my one tweet making fun of that journalist lady for saying Europeans don't know humidity I reached out to say I didnt actually dislike her and just dislike American exceptionalism
she then told me Im a European exceptionalist for suggesting we know heat & humidity 😭
.@itwasjustbanter
their right-wingers barely comprehend object permanence and their left-wingers are some of the most insufferable people on planet earth. on all sides that country is cooked beyond belief.
English

@lesbianbrig she's not that bad, and I'm not saying this to gloat or invalid what you guys think, just to try to inform that she can be really worthless when you play carefully and with lot of cover and shields
English

@Pirat_Nation She’s not mad about the bad behavior, she’s mad that it got exposed. Regardless, most people know this to be the case for a long time and we like the Japanese bluntness on political and cultural topics, it’s refreshingly honest.
English

Former Japanese television presenter and YouTuber Kanon Aoki has warned that X’s automatic translation tool is damaging Japan’s international reputation as a polite and harmonious society.
She explains that the feature now exposes blunt or negative online comments from some Japanese users to global audiences, revealing opinions on topics like tourism and cultural norms that were previously hidden by language barriers.
