@virginmedia Call number- Select 1 for broadband. Input our number which goes to automated message. Option to receive updates so opted for this days ago (never received any) and then message says thank you for calling and ends.
@virginmedia No it’s not helpful. Online chat is unavailable constantly. Automated message on the phone only saying ‘working hard to fix the problem in SE22). How can I actually get to speak to someone at virgin? This is Day 6 of no broadband and no timescale given. This isn’t good enough.
@virginmedia This would be helpful if we could get through however it’s just an automated response saying there is a problem in the SE22 area. We still have no internet.

@virginmedia Says no known issues (although others in area have reported it.) cannot get through on phone/online chat and I work from home so need resolved urgently please. Not to mention the extra data I’ve had to buy on my phone! This is becoming a regular occurrence
