The job market in tech in Germany seems to be pretty tough right now. Maybe I'm in a bubble, but I'm seeing lots of folks, engineering leaders, PMs, developers, who struggle to find jobs right now. Unemployed for months. "Open to work"-badge on LinkedIn. They all had cushy 6-figure positions before and can't find anything right now. Are these isolated or something you can see as well?

Ich hab mir das 10-K Filing komplett durchgelesen und was ich gefunden habe, ist krank. Ryan Cohen hat Covered Calls auf Bitcoin verkauft. Strikes bei $105.000 bis $110.000, Ablauf diese Woche. Die Prämie? Laut Filing-Daten rund $7,14 pro Coin als Notional. Das sind etwa 33.600 USD pro Ablaufzyklus — auf 368 Mio. USD verpfändetes Collateral. Rechne das mal durch. Du gibst fast deinen gesamten Bitcoin-Stack ab, kappst jede Upside über $110.000, trägst das volle Downside-Risiko — und bekommst dafür Peanuts an Prämien. Aber das eigentliche Problem steht im Kleingedruckten: Rehypothecation. Coinbase Credit Inc. darf diese 4.709 Bitcoin weiterverleihen, als eigenes Collateral nutzen oder mit anderen Kundenassets mischen. Die Coins sind aus GameStops Bilanz verschwunden. Stattdessen steht da jetzt ein "Digital Assets Receivable" über 368,3 Mio. USD. Aus echtem Bitcoin wurde ein Versprechen auf Bitcoin. Kommt dir das bekannt vor? BlockFi hat das gemacht. Celsius hat das gemacht. Voyager hat das gemacht. "Yield auf Bitcoin" war jedes Mal das Verkaufsargument. Und jedes Mal endete es gleich. Die GME-Community feiert Cohen als Genie. "Er senkt unsere Cost Basis!" Aber niemand fragt, was passiert, wenn $BTC crasht und Coinbase gleichzeitig Liquiditätsprobleme bekommt. Doppeltes Counterparty Risk über einen einzigen Intermediär. Und im Bitcoin Treasury Ranking? GameStop ist von Platz 21 auf Platz 190 gefallen. Weil du kein Bitcoin hältst, wenn jemand anders es verleihen darf. Saylor kauft jede Woche nach. Cohen verpfändet 99,98% seines Stacks für Optionsprämien. Einer hat Conviction. Der andere hat eine Yield-Strategie die nach 2022 stinkt. Ich fass nicht, dass wir vier Jahre nach dem Celsius-Kollaps wieder dieselbe Mechanik sehen — diesmal in einem 10-K einer börsennotierten Firma.
