@Lu_ke03 Mate some of the BYD’d we were in in China were out of this world. Rolls Royce esque over there. They wouldn’t ship these base models over here it’s crazy. If they brought their mid models over here they’d the better than owt we have

I’ve been driving this BYD Seal U all day and I’m not sold at all. Looked great when it were delivered, plenty of tech for the ‘price’. They’re dirt cheap brand new- that’s the whole point. Flood the market, undercut everyone, get people hooked. But that’s what they want.. push the competition out so you have no choice in the future but to buy cheap Chinese shit, at much higher prices. Prices will go up, parts and repairs won’t be cheap, and your “bargain” won’t look so clever anymore. Feels like short-term win, long-term headache to me. Buy one of these brand new, you’re in the shit in 5 years when coming to sell imo
