I’ve lost nearly 2 stone in weight and I can’t believe how much better I feel . And yes I’m “cheating” with jabs. I’m eating the healthiest I’ve ever eaten. No food noise pecking at my head. It’s like my brain has different wiring. More energy and feeling tiptop

Supporting Liverpool has taught me one thing… Ignore the rumours. Ignore the “ITK” accounts. Ignore the flight trackers. The club announces the player when the club is ready. Everything else is just noise.

The older I get, the more I realise football fans don’t actually expect their club to win every trophy. They just want to feel like the club has a plan. You can forgive failure. It’s confusion that’s impossible to support.
