@Prince_Kindou @MiningTk @swissborg Ton analogie ne marche pas. La régulation financière ne dépend pas seulement de l’endroit où se trouve le CEX, mais aussi du client servi. Si un CEX fournit des services crypto à des résidents de l’UE sans licence MiCA, elle est en infraction. Ton VPN ne change rien.

Les Borgers célèbrent l'arrivée de MiCA chez @swissborg comme le précieux sésame tant attendu. Mais de mon côté, je pense que c'est probablement la pire chose qui puisse arriver à la plateforme. @Prince_Kindou @MiningTk @swissborg Le VPN ne rend pas une activité légale. Si une plateforme sert des clients européens sans licence MiCA, elle reste en infraction. Les régulateurs regardent la clientèle réelle, le KYC, le marketing, les moyens de paiement… pas juste l’IP.

@MiningTk @swissborg La période de transition prend fin le 30.06.2026. Donc tu ne peux pas prendre la situation actuelle comme une situation qui va perdurer. Et oui, la possibilité d’être bloqué est bien réelle.

C'est là que l'on ne sera pas vraiment d'accord. Tu as pas mal de plateformes non compatibles mica qui sont toujours accessibles aux clients européens. Le fait d'être non mica t'empechera par contre de faire de la comm sur le public européen ou autres. Mais en aucun cas, l'accès sera "bloqué"
