@strawbabieezz Not to be a party pooper but the red plates (I believe)are 2.5lb plates and the black ones are 10lb. So total plate weight is 35lbs. Depending on weight of the bar, will assume 45lbs. That is a total combined weight of 80lbs. I think most women, proper training, could lift that.

@breakfasttv If I could go back with the knowledge I have now, I would go back to 1998, and make different life choices. But on the flip side, if I did that, I would be missing out on my great kids I have now. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But if I could have the same kids but with a different partner, why not? 😂

Finished @KellyHrudey book. Loved every bit of it. So many great stories and insights. Love learning about the behind the scenes because we only know what the media likes to spin.

That is how Leafs fans feel. I played goal in elementary school ball hockey. Briefly coached an all-men ball hockey team. Occasionally put on the ball hockey goalie gear now and play with two of my kids (20 yr old son and 15 yr old daughter). Nothing fancy, yet I understand.

Finally…..the chapter I’ve been waiting for. (I’m still a bit bitter all these years later.) Can’t wait to get @KellyHrudey perspective.
