What if health insurance companies covered your gym membership, or your running coach, or personal trainer?
If we cared about mental and physical health, it seems like a no brainer?
Plus, financially, insurance companies would likely save $ over long haul.

Moved practice to 6:30 and ran in the woods. Muggy, but comfortable. Jumped in Lake Huron after and @BrendanNesbitt leading lower leg strengthening in the sand.
