@Antothewayward @UltraKamui Big part of improving at competitive FAB is counting cards and understanding what to play around. Checking graveyards for your opponent's possibility space, remembering whatever info the opponent gave you, what your outs are, as well as meta awareness of what decks are running.

I think riftbound is the first tcg in which I want to improve as a player. As someone still new to the competitive tcg world, I’ve heard there’s basics that can be transferable from tcg to tcg. Can someone break down these basics??

@BrambleSpark I assume so, but since the set seems to have some very good ways to randomly have free action points at the end of it all, it's not the worst if you get stuck with a blue zap or something equally as mid.

@Ludibris I'm guessing you'd want your blues to be instants as Oscilio so they don't clog up your arsenal, though?

First reactions for OMN spoilers: Oscilio turns LF->Ponder with 0 cards. Key to minimize random arsenal whiffs->redline? New Aurora feels VERY much like old Aurora. Let's see Fragment relies on opp's REALLY hating blocking and having too many instants Next, format shape [1/4]

@BrambleSpark I think it will be quite a tricky format. Lots of instant speed threats in late game means a lot more measured play early and rewards tracking pitch stack. I don't think the heroes are as aggro as people are expecting.

@BrambleSpark In limited, Aurora and Oscilio might be playing with more blues. Most of the spoiled commons that generate lightning flows want resources on hand, and constant instant speed arcane pings w/ sv1 on flows means there's some exciting "shields down" moments when activating hero text.

Can anyone tell me what's this card about? Was it only used for a certain event? I enjoyed working on the art anyway.

@thepoketinking If you watched the Keynote, you'd note that regular border versions of the Ms and Ls will be available in the set itself. The fancy version is relegated to Antiquity Pack only.

On the new Tunic, I don't oppose reprints I've been clear from the get go about them. This card specifically being in a pack that's 1 per box doesn't really solve the issue and won't affect the prices of the average Tunic. Will I be picking one up? Yes I will #fabtg

@odaous @highandmighty22 @fabtcg This allows you to bank healing to a later turn, which is critical to Verdance's combo. Rampant Growth plus Healing Potions is a lot of Amp with relatively little card investment for the turn you're going off.

@YuutoShJ It's because they have such a good advocate for the deck in you! That and being good into a few of the meta decks this format makes it a great "dark horse" pick, even as that horse gets more popular every tournament.

I think its just mental how Oscilio used to be laughing stock D tier Olympia deck for so long and now everyone is talking abt him like around the venue i hear people and they tech for Scili even the best in world also we were actually 3rd most represented deck in a big Calling

@TheMadMech MPG is actually perfectly 2 and 4 player draftable - 3 packs per player, play with every card you draft, draft equipment separately or you wear what you open. It's just not an "official" format.

Is FaB doing coverage for the calling top 8 or did they stop after US nats was over? I don’t blame them either way but wondering if I can watch @ShawnDTCG in top 8 of another Calling.

@Gameboy_ry I've been considering Money Where Ya Mouth Is and Wage Gold. Wage Gold is both a Pirate and Mech attack for her pumps and Hook, while MWYMI is a reasonable pump for a go-tall mech build.

金の歯車を複数個維持できてるとMのAAや銃が機能することがわかったので整理すると、ゴールド供給のために腕はL海賊になりそう。パフィンで歯車を製造するのはだいたい1個になっちゃうから、歯車を供給するカードは結構入れることになる。ゴールドのリサイクルも必要だから金巨人も3枚入れそう。
