🚨 This is one of those moments where the insult accidentally turns into lore. This is an internal Epstein email from his publicist Peggy Siegel after meeting Michael Saylor, the tech billionaire and Bitcoin enthusiast. She’s basically complaining that Saylor is unusable. No ego. No vanity. No sex bait. No social instincts. No obvious fear. She literally says she doesn’t even know how she’d blackmail him because he doesn’t respond to normal human buttons. In Epstein-world, that’s a malfunction. Sometimes being socially unreadable saves your ass.

The problem is simple: We’ve incentivized division. Mainstream media makes money when you’re pissed off. Political parties gain power when you’re scared of the other side. Everyone’s getting rich keeping us at each other’s throats while real problems go unsolved. I’ve learned a thing or two in our work evacuating people from Afghanistan, fighting genocide, responding to mass shootings, working South Memphis streets, and coordinating disaster relief: The hate and division you see on your screen isn’t real. It’s manufactured. Out here in the real world - where consequences actually show up - none of that tribal bullshit survives first contact with true human suffering. When Afghan refugees need extraction, nobody asks how you voted. When a hurricane hits, the guy with a boat doesn’t check your party registration. When a kid overdoses on Fentanyl, their parents don’t care about your political ideology. The problem is that while we’re all busy choosing sides and dunking on each other online, people are dying. Kids are being trafficked. Veterans are killing themselves. Addicts are overdosing. Communities are collapsing. And instead of solving these problems together, we’re letting talking heads and algorithms convince us that our neighbors are the enemy. I’ve seen convicted felons and federal agents work side by side. I’ve watched gang members and cops coordinate to save lives. I’ve seen people with absolutely nothing in common beyond pain show up and shoulder loads that weren’t theirs to carry. So yeah, can we stop ganging up on each other and gang up on the actual problems? Because I promise you - most of America actually agrees on what needs fixing. We just don’t know it yet because we’re too busy consuming content designed to keep us divided. The division pays. But it doesn’t have to. Turn off the noise. Go meet your neighbor. Find out what they actually think instead of what you’ve been told they think. That’s the problem. That’s also the solution.
