This is the most Orwellian thing I've ever heard. @SFSuperiorCourt Judge Linda Colfax says "public safety is best served" by releasing a man who killed an Asian senior citizen as a joke. @SFPDCommission says we can't see the killer's mugshot bc that would be "racist".
