@fmtovvns Like a lot of “elevated horror”, it did a lot of good tension building and then fell apart when it was time to commit to an actual plot. As soon as the Asian guy did that goofy Naruto run in the gas station there was no chance of me taking the movie seriously

“Weapons” was a total nothing of a movie, another “Elevated Horror” snoozefest that made sure to remind you fag couples exist for no reason other than Hollywood being an even lamer version of Sodom. The gimmick where it did a bad Rashomon impression wasn’t clever. Fuck him
