@TMobileHelp Signed up for 3 phone lines. 2 business Lines for 100 and 3rd line for free. $50 equipment fee + taxes and fees I was told my bill would not exceed $165 a month. Since the very first month, the bill was 200 and something I called. They gave me a credit and they adjusted it. The second month I noticed that the salesman who initially opened up my account instead of only giving me three lines gave me five lines even though I only have three devices with active phone numbers those other two lines don’t show any device attached to them but I am paying fees and taxes on them . I called spoke to two different supervisors. Allegedly I was told an investigation was open and that I would receive a call within a week. I never received a call. I called about two weeks after that to see what was going on with the investigation and I was told by Surjaay that a supervisor was already taken care of it and that my next bill was going to be the right amount and it was going to be fixed and that they were going to give me a credit to alleviate the situation . I was promised it was fixed now fast forward to the next month after I called and explained the situation 5 different times. My bill came out to 200 again I called and was told by Surjay that he had been authorized by a supervisor to give me a credit of $100 and to only pay $100 left on my bill. I proceeded to do that. He promised that everything was taken care of that. The lines were removed from my account and that only three accounts were remaining and that I would see everything on the next statement fast-forward a week later and now I’m getting a late balance notification and upon looking at my new statement everything that have been told have been lies and this is not the first case reported on this if you go on BBB you will see that there are multiple multiple multiple instances that relate to this these are predatory ways of selling and lying to the customer straight to their face. Mind you this is a business account.
