To a new call center agent and getting nothing was extremely exhausting. This behavior needs to be held accountable. What I don't understand is how the shipment was returned because no one picked it up? Was the process I had with the call center not documented in the system??

I had the worst and most unprofessional shipment experience with @Aramex Egypt. Very unprofessional and unhelpful call center, and the staff aren't even aware of the different payment options they have for clearance fees! I had a shipment sent from UAE and on the 2nd of Feb
