@ben_hock @AvantiWestCoast Hello Ben. Hope you are ok mate! Get yourself a Health Service Discounts account. You can get single £13.50 tickets to Birmingham with Avanti on there. Just carry your NHS ID when travelling. I’ve used this a few times. Also cheap tickets to Liverpool and Glasgow 😀

Just bought train tickets through the @AvantiWestCoast app and it had double booked me - cannot get a refund to process!

@BL98MFC The club told me that the ones with E Tickets should be after the game as they have to add them manually. For paper tickets should get them as soon as you buy them mate. I had to give them a call once for paper ticket points they didn’t get added
